New System Updates and Features
Dated 24th November 2017.
NEW AND EDIT TRAINEE EMAIL:
When a trainee is first created they receive an email. If for some reason they do not, you can go back to the trainee name and click EDIT, and click SAVE AND SEND.
This will trigger the email to be resent.
NOTE: Please ask the trainee to add to their safe sender list to ensure the email is not junked
TRAINEE PORTAL BUTTON:
If you have the trainee with you and they need to start the training immediately you can access their view by finding the trainee name and clicking on the PORTAL button. This will open the trainee view
NEW COURSE ALLOCATED EMAIL:
When a trainee is allocated to a new course an email is trigger to the trainee to tell them a new course has been added and ready for them to complete.
NEW CORE COURSE FUNCTIONS:
A core course is a mandatory course which will auto-allocate to a trainee.
The function is based on Sites, Departments and/or positions.
If you say YES to the question “Is this a core module” then you must define which sites, departments and/or positions this related to.
You may have a course/module that is a requirement for a specific site and department or position.
- In the Assigned Sites and Departments select those relevant to the course
- If relevant also select the positions as core
In this example we have a course that is mandatory for field operators in the Operations department in QLD.
Below the line in step 1 – tick the checkboxes for which is course is to be auto allocated. EG: If you want all trainees in Field Operations in QLD to be auto allocated select all boxes.
After completing the assessment or acknowledgement sections once you click on go live the trainees assigned to the relevant sites, departments and positions will be auto allocated to the course and receive an email.
COURSE CERTIFICATE LOGO
When a trainee has completed a course, they can print a certificate of completion (This is separate to the Trainee record that can be printed). We have added the client logo to this certificate rather than the Zerite Logo.
NOTE: More changes are coming to include minor changes to the certificate along with the ability to print further training records and sign off documents.
